Training for the half marathon has officially begun this week. I'm following the
FIRST training program on Runner's World which only requires that you run three times a week. My goal pace is 10 min miles. If I can actually run that during the race (esp up that heinous Torrey Pines hill) I will be so happy. On Tues I did intervals and today I did a 3 mile temp run at 9:30 pace. So far so good.
I'm sure you will blast up that hill and you will actually finish faster than the planned 10 min/miles...
