Kimchi Extravaganza

Also inspired by Monkey's kimchi making (it's hard to keep up with that gal!), my mom and jiyi (aunt) decided to make their own batch of kimchi. Well, correction - they decided to make their own FIVE batches of kimchi. Sigh, my family does not know the meaning of moderation. See phone below for size comparision.


We have yet to consume this kimchi since we're waiting for it to ferment, but it sure does smell good. If it's anything like my sister's kimchi, then I know it'll be out of this world.
