Greens

Last week, we harvested the first of our beautiful swiss chard. So leafy and green! Keeping it simple, I sauteed it with some olive oil and garlic. The flavor was great. I wish we could grow crops of this...

But unfortunately, we can't so we'll continue getting local produce through our CSA. Here was last Thursday's delivery. I was too lazy to take everything out of the bag for a photo op, but you get the jist.
