Mexican Wedding Cakes

Last night, I made the Mexican Wedding Cakes that fell off my dinner party menu on Saturday. These buttery cookies are easy to make and require few ingredients. They've got a dry crumbly texture that just disintegrates in your mouth. I used about 1/2 tsp cinnamon since I didn't think 1/8 tsp sounded like a lot. I think I've eaten 10 cookies already. Thankfully, Ryan took some to work today. Maybe once the half marthon is over, I'll stop eating like a behemoth.

oh man these look good. the recipe seems pretty easy too. perhaps i'll try it sometime. although i am supposed to be watching my girlish figure...
